Welcome Back, Members!

The Museum will reopen for members only, July 14-18 from 9:30am-12:30pm. From July 20 on, the current plan is to extend our hours to 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30-4:30pm, subject to demand.

We Can’t Wait to Play Together Again!

As the Museum reopens, you will notice some changes including limited capacity, timed tickets, and enhanced sanitation protocols. While the Museum experience will be a bit different from the last time that you visited, one essential thing will remain the same: our mission to promote the importance of learning through play.

About Online Ticketing

To provide the best visitor experience and adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are reducing daily guest capacity and implementing a new timed ticketing system. Timed tickets allow guests to have more room to play! All guests, including members, must have a timed ticket to enter the Museum.

Entering Admissions

Please ensure no one in your group has symptoms of illness, such as a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or fever.

  • Wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth entirely.
  • Tickets are available online only. Please make your reservation before arriving at the Museum.
  • Present your confirmation email at the Front Desk, which will feature a new, plexiglass barrier.
  • Members, please have your photo ID and confirmation email out and ready at check-in.

Sanitation Stations & Museum Cleaning

We will close between sessions each day to complete a cleaning of the entire Museum. Sanitation stations are available throughout the Museum for visitor use. Staff will also clean throughout the day.

Staff Safety Procedures

All Museum staff will complete a wellness screen including temperature check before each shift and wear masks when on the floor and interacting with guests.
