BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Have a party your way by choosing a plan to fit your needs.
Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served, deposit basis.

Parties During Museum Hours

On Weekdays:
Parties are held in the Mexican Restaurant exhibit, unless classroom is available.
• A minimum of 6 children and a maximum of 12.
• All food must be kept in the Mexican Restaurant exhibit area (children and adults).
• You have full use of the Museum before, during and after the party!
• No one else can use your party space during your two hour time slot.

On Weekends:
Parties are held in the classroom.
• A minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 18.
• Food must be kept inside the classroom
(applies to both children and adults).
• You and your guests will have full use of the Museum before during and after the party.
• No one else may use the classroom during your 2 hour time slot.

Available Time slots :
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Friday evenings only

Adults: 1 adult free for every child
in attendance (additional adults, $4 each*)

What’s Included:

Plan A: You provide the party. We provide the place and space.
Included: Admission to the Museum for all children and a space for the party.
Cost: Member, $8 per child; nonmember $10 per child.

Plan B: You provide the food and drink. We provide the extras.
Included: Admission to the Museum for all children and a space for the party.
plus: a balloon for each child; use of refrigerator; party favor bags valued at $4 for each child; paper goods and plasticware.
Cost: Member, $11 per child;
nonmember $14 per child.

Plan C: We provide the extras, plus the cake and ice cream!
Included: Everything in Plan B
plus: Birthday cake with your child’s name and ice cream.
Cost: Member, $13 per child; nonmember $16 per child.

Plan D: You provide the cake and drink. We provide pizza and extras.
Included: Everything in Plan B
plus: cheese pizza and soda ($15 for extra pizza & soda combo)
Cost: Member, $16 per child; nonmember $18 per child.

Private Party
Private parties have exclusive use of the entire Museum. Party guests may stay as long as the Museum is open.
• Private parties are Sundays, 10 a.m. – noon. You and your guests may stay to visit in the museum after it opens to the public.
• All food & beverage must be served and consumed inside the classroom.
• All food & beverage must be put away by 11:45 a.m.
• Minimum of 8 children, including the birthday child. 1 adult free for every child in attendance (additional adults, $4 each*)
• Private Party fee: $75, in addition to Plan A, B, or C pricing*
* Additional party guests are charged regardless
of membership status.
