Did you have fun at our Summer Science series? Well, now you can enjoy similar activities every Saturday all year long! Each month will be a different theme with activities and demonstrations revolving around STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math). All activities free with Museum admission.
September – With World Day of Play falling on the 29th, we decided to expand playful art and science fun to every September Saturday, including bubble fun outside (weather permitting) and some silly crafts.
October – Don the safety goggles and celebrate National Chemistry Week and our annual Spooky Science all month long. Make some potions, ooze some slime, and maybe even create some mini-explosions!
November – Not only does November remind us to be thankful and celebrate the harvests, it is also Native American Heritage Month. We will spend our Saturdays learning more about Native American and Colonial American cultures and do some games and crafts to celebrate our histories.
