FUN FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENTS

Friday, Apr. 6, 5-8 pm
First-Friday-Free Family Night!
Join us the first Friday night of the month for FREE, sponsored by Electric Boat Employees Community Services Association; and Families and More: Stories Galore, a bi-lingual program of stories and projects, sponsored by Target Corporation

Friday, Apr. 27, 6-8 pm
Members Only Friday Night
Museum members join us for special hours and an activity. Not a member, yet? You can buy your membership and enjoy the Museum this evening, too!

SPECIAL EVENTS

Friday, Apr. 6, 1:30-3:30 pm
DRAW ON!
Join us throughout the day as the Museum participates in this state-wide event inspired by the Aldrich Museum. Check with the front desk for alist of special activities planned that day. FREE with admission.

Monday-Friday, April 9-13, 9-Noon
Spring Break Week Camp
Join us for a full week of fun stories, science, and art! Each day we will explore something new. 3-hour session each day. Must register for the full week.
• Best for ages 3.5-6.

DROP-INs for Spring Break Week
Join us each afternoon of your spring break week for something exciting in the classroom. All hands-on, all FUN!

2nd Annual TOY SWAP!
In honor of this month's Earth Day, gather up those gently-used and somehow forgotten toys and join in our toy swap. Free to participate, regular admission fee applies if you stay to play.

Monday-Tuesday, Apr. 2-3, 9:30-2 pm
Members-Only Registration Days
Two days before registration is open to the general public, Museum Members can walk-in or phone-in their payment and registration. The Museum is not open to play on these days, but a simple activity is available to keep children busy while registering. The Members-Only registration period is April 2-3 only. All classes must be paid in full.

Wednesday, Apr. 4, starting at 9:30 am
Registration Opens to ALL
Registration opens to all beginning April 4. If registering by phone, please have a credit card ready. Pay by cash, check, or credit card if coming to the Museum to register. All classes must be paid in full.

MUSEUM BABIES
Designed for very young children and their caregivers. Museum Babies focuses on simple toys, play, and new friends. Activities appropriate for children who are having their first group experience and are mobile -- either walking or crawling.
• Best for ages 12 - 18 months
• Fridays, 9:30. (45 minutes)
• 6-week series: April 20 - May 25.
• Fee (due at registration): $54 member, $90 nonmember (includes admission for child)

TODDLER PLAYGROUPS: FIRST FRIENDS or TOGETHER TIME
Toddler playgroups are informal opportunities for toddlers to be a part of a group. Emphasis is on process and exposure to new and different materials, plus stories and a craft.
• Best for ages 18-36 months
• 45 minute classes
• 6-week series

FIRST FRIENDS: Toddler attends alone
This class is best for children ages 24 to 36 months.
• Tuesdays, 10 am
• Wednesdays, 9:30 am OR 10:45 am
• 6-week series: Apr. 17/18 - May 22/23.

• Best for ages 24 - 36 months

TOGETHER TIME: Toddler with caregiver
A class for young children and their caregiver. Stories, snack and activity offer children the chance to meet new faces, with the comfort of a caregiver.
• Thursdays, 9:30 a.m - for Younger Toddler (18-24 months)
• Thursdays, 10:45 am - for Older Toddler (24-36 months)
• 6-week series: Apr. 19 - May 24.
• 45 minute classes

TOGETHER TIME : Toddler with caregiver

Fridays, 9:30-6. ~ Friday, Apr. 6, open until 8!
Saturdays, 9:30-5.
Sundays, Noon-5.

The Museum is CLOSED:
• Mondays from Labor Day through end of school year (except for school holidays and vacations).
• July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, and Memorial Day.
